What does the assistant say about reworking toughened glass?
It explains what your sources say: that toughened glass cannot be cut or drilled after tempering and that all processing must be fixed beforehand. If someone asks about an exception, it refers them to production engineering.
Can the assistant give prices or lead times?
No. Price and lead time depend on glass type, sizes, processes and the furnace schedule. The assistant explains which factors play a part and offers to start an enquiry or pass the question to the sales office.
How do we know the answers are right?
Production engineering approves the sources and can view conversations for an agreed period. You see which answers the assistant gives and where the guidelines are unclear. An error in a source is fixed in the document, and the assistant uses the new version from then on.
