What does the software cost?

Your software is a one-off investment, fully set up for your business. After that you pay a fixed monthly licence for hosting, updates and support. The amounts depend on the features you use. After the intake and the call you know exactly where you stand.

How does a client sign a quote?

The client opens the quote through a link, reviews it and signs online. You see right away that the quote has been accepted.

How do clients pay an invoice?

Every invoice has a payment link. You connect your own Stripe or Mollie; without a connection, payment by bank transfer still works.

What happens to unpaid invoices?

They get a reminder with the payment link included. So you do not have to chase them yourself.

Does the calendar work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Tasks and appointments sit in a weekly and monthly view and can be linked with Google Calendar.

Can clients follow along themselves?

Yes, in the client portal. There they see their quotes, invoices and documents and ask your team their question.
