Which data we process
Only what you leave yourself: name, email address or phone number and the content of your enquiry through the intake form, email or WhatsApp. We collect nothing beyond your enquiry and buy no data.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry, draw up a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the project. Your data is not sold and not shared with third parties, except where technically necessary (for example our hosting provider within the EU).
How long we keep it
Enquiries without a follow-up are deleted after 12 months. Project data is kept for as long as the law requires (bookkeeping: 7 years). You can always request access, correction or deletion via [email protected].
Questions or complaints
Email [email protected], we reply within 24 hours on business days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
