Monitoring runs 24/7 and we are alerted straight away when something goes wrong. Response times depend on your plan; on the Enterprise plan we agree them with you up front.
Small changes are, in every plan: adjusting copy, a photo, a price or opening hours costs nothing. For something new, such as a page or feature, it depends on your plan: hourly on the Essential plan, three a month on Growth and unlimited on Managed. Fixing an outage is always part of care.
