The adviser chooses the items per role and how many per employee, for example three polos and a softshell. The number of staff per role comes from the enquiry. That produces an overview of total quantities per item and per size, the basis for purchasing and decoration.

For each item and position the adviser picks the technique. The software calculates decoration costs from your rates, such as a price per stitch count for embroidery or per size for a transfer, with tiered pricing by run. One-off costs such as logo conversion are shown separately, so the customer sees what will not recur on a repeat order.

The proposal shows per role what the pack contains, the price per employee and the total. Assumptions such as the number of logo colours or a brand's lead time are listed. The customer approves the proposal and, where relevant, a sample, so production starts on an agreed basis.

Embroidery looks durable and premium but costs more for large logos and suits thin or stretchy fabrics less well. A transfer is sharp and affordable on large runs but can wear after many washes. The proposal can set both options side by side per position with the consequences for price and lifespan.
Own workshop or outsourced decoration
Decorating in-house gives control over scheduling and quality but needs machines and people. Outsourcing to a specialist workshop is flexible but adds a link and transport. The quote works with the cost price of both, so you can choose per job what works best for price and delivery date.

What if an item is not available in every size?
The proposal shows which sizes are missing and suggests a comparable item. The adviser decides whether that alternative goes into the proposal. It does not only become apparent at ordering that a large or small size cannot be had.

Yes. Instead of a fixed pack, the proposal can state an allowance per role with a selection of items staff may choose from. The proposal then shows what a typical pack within that allowance costs.
