What if the customer accepts only part of the quote?
The customer can accept per tree or per item. Someone who only wants the chestnut pruned and the birch left for now accepts that part. The planner sees at once which lines move on to scheduling and which stay open for later.
Can we use old quotes as a starting point?
Yes. A previous proposal can be copied to a new date, for example for recurring pruning of the same limes. Rates are updated to current ones and the assumptions stay, so you only check what has changed since last time.
