If a flavour was swapped at delivery, that is recorded with the new flavour. The invoice shows the flavour delivered at the price agreed for it. If that price differs, it is flagged in the review before the invoice goes out.
Can we settle returned tubs?
Yes. Empty tubs that come back are noted at delivery. If you charge a deposit, a credit line appears on the invoice. Without a deposit, it remains a count showing how many tubs a customer still holds.
Can our bookkeeper work with these invoices?
Yes. Invoices are made and sent in the software, and payments and reminders are tracked there too. The bookkeeper can look along or receive an export of invoices and VAT, so they can keep working the way they always have.
How are extra hours for a cart invoiced?
The actual start and end times are recorded on the job. The invoice follows the agreement in the quote: a fixed price or extra hours at an agreed rate. The difference from the quote is visible in the review before invoicing.
