Does scheduling take the boat's beam into account?
Yes. From the hull dimensions the planner chooses a suitable trailer, and where the beam may need a permit or escort, a warning appears. The planner then sees that extra preparation is required and that the run cannot simply go on any day.
What happens if a boat is still in the water?
The run is marked as waiting on the day and the driver can log the waiting time. The planner sees which follow-on run is at risk and can step in. The waiting time later passes to invoicing according to what the quote set out.
Can I see when each trailer is free?
Yes. Each trailer shows its planned runs, including time for setting up, lifting and driving back. Maintenance or inspections can be entered as blocks. The planner sees straight away where there is room for a new run and which trailer qualifies.
