Events and rental: Website for photobooth rental operators

A website for photobooth rental operators that lays out booth models and print packages side by side, so a visitor understands which booth suits their party and their space.

Website for photobooth rental operators. A website that explains the offering and asks relevant questions. Example with demonstration data.

What visitors want to know from photobooth rental operators.

Photobooth rental operators often run several models: an open booth with a backdrop, a mirror booth, an enclosed cabin and sometimes a video booth on a rotating platform. To a visitor they look alike, yet they differ in space, atmosphere and what comes out at the end. Someone who only sees mood shots on the website asks for a mirror booth in a small living room or expects prints from a model that only works digitally. Packages are hard to compare too: unlimited printing, a fixed number of prints, with or without an attendant, with or without props. Every unclear point becomes an email full of questions, and a couple comparing three suppliers picks the site that makes sense fastest.

Organise models by use

Each booth model gets a page with the floor space, ceiling height and power it needs, plus what guests experience: a mirror that shows text, a cabin with a curtain or an open setup for group shots. A sample print and a sample digital photo sit alongside, so it is clear what remains after the party.

Present packages the same way

Every print package is described in the same order: rental time, print size, unlimited or a fixed number of prints, digital gallery, attendant and props. A visitor can compare two packages without hunting through small print. What is not included is shown just as clearly as what is.

Guide visitors to an enquiry

From each model page, a short helper asks about the type of event, the number of guests and the space. If the room turns out too small for a mirror booth, the site suggests a more compact model. The enquiry starts with the model and package the visitor viewed, so you do not have to ask again what they meant.

Connected to your software.

Many rental companies already have a site with a gallery full of event photos, a package overview as an image and an availability form. Those pictures are valuable; we link them to the model and the type of event they came from. Package information becomes text you update yourselves, so a price change no longer means editing an image. Enquiries arrive in the inbox or booking system you already use.

Many models or a clear core

Showing every model demonstrates range but makes choosing harder. A core of two or three models with clear differences tends to produce better enquiries, with the rest available on request. Look at which models are booked most and which mainly generate questions without bookings. Then decide.

Show or hide package prices

Package prices on the site make comparison easy, including with competitors. Hiding them leaves room to advise, but many couples drop off when they see no indication at all. A middle way is a starting price per package with the rental time included, and bespoke pricing for corporate events and multi-day hire.

Gallery by model or by event

A gallery per model shows what a booth looks like; a gallery per type of event shows how guests use it. A couple mainly wants to see weddings, a marketing manager mainly trade fairs and brand activations. Tagging photos with both lets the same image library serve each audience without double work.

What goes on the website.

We build pages for the most booked models and packages, with space requirements, sample prints and a selection helper. Before going live we send an ordinary wedding enquiry through the site together, and a tricky one: a company party in a room with a low ceiling where the requested booth will not fit. Galleries per type of event and a page for corporate activations with custom branding are added whenever you want them.

Should we list the dimensions of every booth?

Yes, at least the floor space, the height and whether a power socket needs to be nearby. Venues often ask, and an organiser wants to be sure the booth fits before booking. It also saves you from squeezing a booth into a tight corner on the day.

How do we show what a print looks like?

Show a few real examples per print size, with different designs: clean corporate, romantic, with a logo. Describe the size in everyday terms, such as photo strip or postcard. Visitors understand what they are getting far better when they see the result rather than just the booth.

Can we show availability on the website?

As an indication, for example per month or per weekend. An exact calendar quickly gives false certainty, because delivery and collection take time too. A helper that asks for the date and then says you will confirm availability often works better.

What belongs on a page for businesses?

Businesses want to know whether the booth can carry their branding, whether they may collect participants' email addresses and how the gallery is shared. Describe those options separately from the wedding offer, with examples from trade fairs, staff parties and product launches.
