Food and specialist retail: Enquiry form for juice producers
An enquiry form for juice producers that asks for flavour, volume, bottle size, labelling and delivery rhythm, so an enquiry can be held straight up against the pressing and bottling schedule.
What makes an enquiry complete for juice producers.
Enquiries to juice producers often arrive as a short email: we would like to sell your juice, what does it cost? Or: could you make five hundred bottles with our logo for our event? Then come the questions about flavour, bottle size, quantity, delivery day, refrigeration at the customer's end and whether the label already exists. An event with a fixed date needs a different approach from a café that wants weekly deliveries, but that only emerges after a few emails. Without those details the producer cannot say whether there is enough fruit and bottling capacity. A form has to give juice producers what they need to say yes or no.

From form to assessed enquiry.
Establish the type of order first
The form first asks whether this is a one-off delivery, a recurring order or a custom label. Based on that, only the questions relevant to that situation appear. A café gets questions about delivery frequency and fridge space, an event about date, location and number of guests, so nobody fills in fields that do not apply.
Choose flavour, size and label
The enquirer picks recipes and bottle sizes from the current range and enters a quantity for each combination. For a custom label, the form asks whether there is a design, who supplies it and whether text or a logo needs changing. A flavour that is not in the range can be added as a separate wish.
Check and pass on
Before sending, the form checks that delivery date, address and contact person are filled in, and that the requested date is not too tight for a custom label. When everything checks out, the enquiry goes to sales with an overview of recipes, sizes, quantities and total volume, ready to set against the schedule.
Enquiries in one place, not the inbox.
The enquiry arrives in the mailbox or order system you already work with. The list of recipes and bottle sizes in the form comes from the same recipe overview as production, so nobody can choose a bottle that is no longer filled. The producer decides which combinations are allowed and what minimum order applies; the enquirer only supplies their wishes, contact details and, where relevant, a label design.
Open requests or the standard range only
A form that only allows standard recipes produces enquiries that can be scheduled straight away. Even so, there are regular requests for a special flavour for an event or a less sweet version. A separate field for unusual wishes keeps that door open without making the standard enquiry more complicated for most buyers.
Show the minimum order or mention it later
A minimum order per recipe or label makes commercial sense but can put off a small buyer. Show it up front and you get fewer enquiries that do not fit. Mention it only in the proposal and you get more conversations, and sometimes a buyer who ends up ordering more. It is a choice about how you want to sell.
Supplied label design or made for them
Some companies have a ready-made design, others only a logo. A supplied design has to be checked for size, required information and print quality. A design the producer makes takes more time but is sure to fit the bottle. The form asks which situation applies, so the proposal is right first time.

At the start the form has three routes, for one-off delivery, recurring supply and custom label, with recipes and sizes from the current list and every request in one inbox. Together we replay an ordinary request from a lunch spot, and an event with a custom label and a tight date. The link with the planning, which shows whether the requested week still has room, can be switched on once the planning runs in the same software.

Explore pricing and optionsCan the form tell whether a requested delivery date is feasible?
By default the form checks a fixed minimum lead time, for example for a custom label. With the link to the pressing and bottling schedule switched on, it also shows whether the requested week still has capacity. The final confirmation always comes from you.
What if someone asks for a flavour we do not make?
That wish goes into a separate field and is clearly flagged in the enquiry. You decide whether it could become a one-off custom recipe or whether to suggest an existing recipe that comes close. The request is not lost and the standard form stays simple for everyone else.
Can enquirers attach a label design?
Yes. The form accepts a design file and asks what format it is in. You see the file with the enquiry and can pass it on to the printer or to the customer portal later. A design that does not fit the bottle is discussed as part of the proposal.
How do we deal with enquiries from private individuals?
Private individuals who want a few bottles can be pointed to the online shop or a stockist. If someone wants a large quantity for a party, you treat it as a one-off delivery. That is why the form asks at the start whether the enquiry is from a business or a person.
