Departure and reletting are separate steps
Check that the unit is empty and ready before granting a new tenant access. A cancellation date alone is insufficient.
An administrative end date does not mean the room is empty.
The rental ends but belongings remain, while another customer receives confirmation. We make the transition from occupied to available explicit, allowing inspection and preparation. Reservations can then reflect what site staff actually establish.

Request a suitable unit
Show dimensions, access and facilities. Floor area alone does not indicate whether large furniture fits through the opening.

Coordinate start and access
Associate the assigned unit with the agreed start. Access follows defined conditions, not merely submission of a form.

Process departure and release
Record departure, checks and follow-up. Offer the unit again only after release.
Access and rental administration are different concerns.
We assess invoicing and access control separately. An administrative status must not silently lock or open a door. Such actions need agreed permissions, conditions and error handling.
- A tenant needs a larger unit
- Plan the switch with correct dates and identify both units during the transition.
- A new tenant wants to start early
- Check actual release rather than the expected end date alone.
- The access integration fails
- Expose the failed action and follow-up route; a confirmed request does not prove access works.
