An available berth is not automatically a suitable berth.
Telephone requests, changes by email and a paper occupancy plan make it difficult to maintain a shared view. The number of empty spaces also says little about suitability: dimensions, draft and the length of the stay must fit. We organize requests and allocation around your marina layout so guests do not receive confirmation based on incomplete information.

Collect the details that determine allocation
Ask guests for arrival, departure, length, beam and draft. Explain which facilities can be requested and which still need confirmation. Notes about the vessel stay visible with the request.

Review the entire stay
Check a suitable berth for every requested night. Distinguish a temporary hold from a confirmed reservation and prevent two staff members from confirming the same space simultaneously. Marina staff can adjust a suggested allocation.

Confirm arrival and track changes
Send the assigned berth and relevant arrival instructions after approval. A later departure requires another availability check. Staff can see which guests are expected, have arrived or have departed.
Connect with your marina administration.
If you already use occupancy planning, invoicing or access control, we establish which system remains authoritative and what information is exchanged. Retrying an integration must not create a duplicate booking. When processing fails, staff need to see what still requires attention.
- A permanent berth holder reports an absence
- Record whether and when the space may be offered to visitors. An absence does not automatically make the berth available for rental.
- A visitor wants to stay longer
- Check the additional nights before agreeing to the extension. The same berth may remain available, but a move or a declined request may be necessary.
- The vessel differs from the supplied details
- Let staff correct the information and review the allocation again. An existing confirmation does not make an unsuitable berth fit.

Can guests book a berth immediately?
Yes, when availability and suitability rules can be checked reliably. Otherwise we build a request and approval flow that clearly shows the berth is not confirmed yet.
Can permanent berths and visiting boats be managed separately?
Yes. Each receives appropriate availability and allocation rules so a permanent berth is not accidentally offered to a visitor.
Can a guest change the stay dates?
Yes, through a change request or directly within agreed rules. Extra nights are checked again; a request does not automatically extend the stay.
Can the software handle payments?
With a suitable payment integration. We define when payment is required and how cancellations, failed payments and changed stay dates are handled.
