A photograph without context does not identify what was assessed.
After a visit, pictures sit on a phone and comments in a separate document. Office staff must determine which image supports each finding. Meanwhile, a skipped check can resemble a completed item with no issues. We structure records around the asset and investigation, using explicit states for completed, not applicable and not inspected.

Prepare the correct asset and visit
Identify the location and elements to be inspected. Make earlier information available without treating previous observations as new findings. Forms use the agreed questionnaire version.

Record findings on site
Attach explanations and photographs directly to the relevant element. Deliberately record missing access or an unperformed check. With limited connectivity, distinguish locally saved information from synchronized records.

Review and release the report
Give reviewers visibility of missing fields, attachments and limitations. Preserve the released version and treat later additions as identifiable revisions. Customers receive the reviewed report rather than an incidental working file.
Fit the way your team carries out inspections.
Your questionnaires, report structure and review stages provide the starting point. Software does not independently determine the correct technical conclusion. If scheduling or asset administration already exists, we assess integration and establish where changes are maintained. Record access reflects inspectors, reviewers and the relevant customer.

- Link the addition to the correct visit and element. Identify whether an already released report needs further review.

- Create a new visit referring to the earlier finding. Preserve the original observation so the sequence remains traceable.

Can we retain our report format?
We review fixed elements and differences between inspection types. Reports can be assembled from reviewed records and attachments.
Can records be captured without internet?
Agreed parts can support this. Synchronization, conflicts and device storage require explicit design; not every integration works offline.
Does the software guarantee compliance with an inspection standard?
No. It can support your procedure but does not replace professional assessment or certification. Requirements for your application are established beforehand.
