Online stores for clothing brands
A fashion store where the right size is actually available.
Strong photography earns attention. Clear product details, available variants and reliable order handling help shoppers move forward. We bring the brand and the retail workflow together.

One shirt, six sizes and three sources of stock.
An item may appear available online while its last size has just sold in the shop. Or a customer selects the correct size code but expects a different fit. We begin with product structure: colour, size, fit, SKU and stock location. A convincing product page must reflect the same reality as the order your warehouse receives.
From discovering a collection to fulfilling the right order.
- 01
Explore a collection
Let visitors browse by relevant categories, sizes, colours and fit. Filters need to match the actual products. An unavailable size needs an explanation or alternative rather than a dead end after several clicks.
- 02
Evaluate a product
Connect detail photos, material, fit and sizing advice to the selected variant. Make selection and stock status explicit. A size chart should be readable on mobile rather than buried in an unusable image.
- 03
Order and, if needed, return
Connect payment, confirmation, delivery and refunds. Decide when a returned item becomes sellable again: registration, receipt or inspection. A return notification alone does not make a damaged product available stock.
Your product data is the starting point.
We examine where items, images, prices and quantities are currently maintained. That may be the ecommerce platform, till or another system. Each field gets an authoritative source. Existing product codes and important URLs are included in the migration so a redesigned storefront does not confuse operations.
- You are launching a compact collection
- Start with clear variants, a usable checkout and practical fulfilment. Extend the setup from real sales needs.
- You also have a physical shop
- Investigate stock by location, collection and cross-channel returns. The integration must handle delayed payment and concurrent sales too.
- You release new drops regularly
- Define collection scheduling, publication times and sold-out variants. Establish how reservations and pre-orders should be handled.
A collection is more than its product count.
Variants, photography, filters, languages, markets and inventory sources determine scope together. Payment methods, carriers and returns need separate attention. We then document build, hosting, maintenance, platform fees and possible transaction costs. The decision considers the whole retail operation, not only the homepage design.
Good to know.
Can you configure sizes and colours for each product?
Yes. We define which variants have their own stock and how they appear in administration and on the product page.
Can our physical stock be connected?
We investigate the till or inventory provider, then agree synchronization timing and the authoritative inventory source.
Can we start with one market?
Yes. The initial setup can target one market while allowing for growth. Additional languages, shipping rules and currencies require their own configuration.
Can existing products and URLs move across?
We review exports, product codes, images and current addresses. Where URLs change, we set up appropriate redirects.
