Quotation software: Quotation software that prices the way your business does.
A quote is a calculation, a promise and the start of a job all at once. The software holds your prices, fixed items and options, so every quote adds up and, once accepted, moves on to scheduling and invoicing without retyping.

Start with the quote you make most often and whose prices are currently hardest to check.
A quote from a spreadsheet is quick to make and hard to check.
In many businesses the pricing lives in a spreadsheet that only one colleague truly understands. Prices are scattered across tabs, discounts are adjusted by hand and an option the customer adds later produces a new file with a new name. Anyone who wants to know which version the customer signed has to dig through email and folders. Once accepted, the same information is entered again in the schedule and then once more in the invoice. Every handover is a chance for a wrong quantity or a forgotten surcharge. Quotation software records your prices once, shows where each amount comes from and keeps the quote, the approval and what follows together.
From price list to signed quote and scheduled job.
Prepare prices and fixed items
At the start we put your services, materials, units, surcharges, volume tiers and fixed items into the software, with the descriptions your customers know. You then build a quote from those lines instead of from an empty spreadsheet. Every line shows which price was used.
Offer options and variants
Customers often want to choose: a premium finish, an extra component or a version without installation. Options appear as separate lines in the quote and recalculate the total straight away. Internal notes stay internal; the customer sees only what is meant for them.
Online approval and the job moves on
The customer opens the quote through a personal link and signs online. The job then moves on in the same software to scheduling and tasks, and later to the invoice with a payment link. Nobody retypes what has already been agreed.
Quote, schedule and invoice in the same software.
Because quotes, scheduling, tasks and invoices sit in the same software, nothing needs to travel from one system to another. We bring your customers into the software at the start, and an export for your accountant is always available. Your trade shapes the setup. A kitchen showroom prices cabinets, fronts and appliances, a metalworking shop prices material, operations and cutting time, a flooring installer prices square metres, underlay and offcuts. The foundation stays the same: set prices, clear lines and an approval that belongs to the quote.
Every price can be traced
On each quote line you see which price, unit or surcharge was used. A colleague can check or take over a quote without calling the person who made it. When a price in your list changes, new quotes use it while a quote already sent keeps its amount. An agreement with a customer stays an agreement.
Margin stays visible internally
Cost price, markup and margin are shown per line and per quote to the people with access. You see at once what an extra discount or a chosen option does to the result, and a discount beyond an agreed limit asks for approval. The customer receives a calm quote without internal calculations.
Approval belongs to one quote
The customer signs one specific quote, so it is clear afterwards what was agreed. If extra work comes up after approval, it becomes an addition to the job rather than a silent change to a document that has already been signed. Questions afterwards no longer mean searching through email attachments.

Price list, quote layout and the route after approval are set up at the start.
At the start we put your services and products into the software with their prices, units, surcharges and discount rules, set up the quote template in your own style and agree who may send quotes. We walk through a few quotes you sent earlier, so the results match before you go live. Scheduling, the client portal and invoicing can be switched on whenever you like. The software is a one-off investment; after that, hosting, updates and support run through the fixed monthly licence.

Explore pricing and optionsWhy quotation software instead of a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet works as long as one person maintains it. Once more colleagues make quotes, prices change or customers want options, versions and amounts drift apart. In the software prices live in one place and the approval belongs to the quote itself.
Can we use our existing spreadsheets?
Yes, as a starting point. Your current spreadsheets show which prices, surcharges and exceptions exist today. At the start we bring them into the software and compare the results with quotes you sent earlier, so any differences surface before you go live.
Can customers accept a quote online?
Yes. The customer opens the quote through a personal link, reviews the options and signs online. You see straight away that the quote has been signed, and the job can move on to scheduling.
Can my accountant get access?
You invoice from the same software, with a payment link and automatic reminders. Your accountant can view along or receive an export of invoices and payments.
What happens when prices change?
You manage prices and rates in one place. New quotes use the current prices, while quotes already sent keep the price they were drawn up with. If you want to change an open quote, you send the customer a new one.
Which businesses is this suited to?
Businesses where a quote is genuinely calculated, such as kitchen showrooms, metalworkers, flooring installers, installation companies, print shops and rental businesses. It is less about the trade and more about whether your prices, options and agreements are currently spread across files and people.
What often connects to this.
- Quotation portals for metal fabricationKeep files, quantities and technical questions with the same enquiry. Estimators can see the current version and what is missing before you prepare a quote.
- Quotation software for kitchen companiesChoices and amounts change between the first sketch and final site measurements. In the software, advisers see which version applies, what is missing and what the customer has received.
- Quotation software for flooring companiesPrepare flooring quotes with room details, materials, subfloors and installation so the survey, the signed quote and the fitting all follow the same figures.
