Define who receives updates. Preserve the delivered version and offer new releases within the agreed access rights.
Payment confirmation is not yet usable delivery.
A customer pays but receives no download email, or a link points to an outdated file. Sending files manually resolves an incident without creating reliable delivery. We connect confirmed payment to the right files and a recognizable way to retrieve purchases.

Explain the digital product
Show formats, required software, contents and usage terms. A preview explains the purchase without publishing the entire download.

Verify payment and grant access
Deliver after payment confirmation from the agreed provider. Repeated payment notifications must not create duplicate orders or broader access.

Keep purchases and updates accessible
Help customers retrieve files. Define whether later releases are included and how existing links behave after an update.
File storage and access are separate concerns.
We assess storage and authorization. A hidden public URL is not access control. Technology also cannot prevent a recipient copying a downloaded file, so we do not promise absolute copy protection.

- Provide a suitable purchase recovery route without manual file exchange.
- A file is corrected
- Record its version and availability so the delivered release remains identifiable.
- Payment is reversed
- Agree how future access changes. Files already downloaded cannot be remotely recovered.
File types and access terms shape the store.
We discuss individual purchases, bundles, updates, storage and accounts. Subscriptions or course environments require additional design. Vorlyo hosts and maintains the store and agreed delivery environment.

Yes, with clear contents and associated files per product.
Is an account mandatory?
Not always. A suitable purchase link may suffice depending on access and repeat use.
Can customers receive updates?
Yes, under explicit rights associated with the product or purchase.
Can copying be completely prevented?
No. Access can be protected, but absolute control of downloaded files cannot be promised.
