Duehello
Duehello is B2B software we built at Vorlyo for businesses that want their invoices followed up. The software takes over recurring follow-up work, so you do not have to chase every outstanding invoice yourself.
The challenge
What stood in the way.
Sending an invoice is only the beginning. You then need to track what remains outstanding, when a reminder is due and which customer has already replied. When that work is spread across emails and spreadsheets, every next step requires attention again.

What we brought together.
We developed Duehello to manage that follow-up. Outstanding invoices, reminders and the next action come together in one workspace. The software follows up invoices according to configured rules and flags exceptions for attention. Routine work is automated, while personal contact remains possible when needed.
