Websites for hair salons

A hair salon website built for the next appointment.

Let clients explore your work, choose the right treatment and book an appointment. We build around your salon and the way you organize your schedule.

Discuss your project

A haircut is not a colour appointment.

When every treatment receives the same time slot, the schedule breaks down. A new colour client may need a consultation first; a regular client knows exactly what they need. Your website should explain that difference before someone books. A polished booking button should not create more calls to repair the schedule.

From the right treatment to the right space in your schedule.

  1. 01

    Choose with confidence

Explain haircuts, colour services and combinations. Show a clear price or explain when hair length, technique or a consultation affects it. Work photographs should relate to the treatment they illustrate.

  2. 02

Allow the right amount of time

Match duration, buffers and availability to your team. For colour services, we discuss how processing time and chair occupancy work in your current schedule. An available stylist does not always mean an available chair.

  3. 03

    Confirm and return

Send confirmation with the location and clear change or cancellation arrangements. Connect reminders and repeat bookings where the existing booking provider supports them. Deposits are a choice we discuss with you first.

Already have a booking system? Start there.

We review your current booking provider first. Sometimes a well-placed booking link is sufficient. Sometimes an embedded booking module fits better. A custom integration makes sense only when the provider allows access and your workflow needs it. We do not promise synchronization before checking the technical options.

Your booking system works well
Keep the schedule and improve the website around it: work, treatments, prices, directions and relevant booking opportunities.
Clients get lost while booking
Simplify the transition to the booking module and check the mobile flow, including going back and choosing a different treatment.
Several salons share people or resources
Investigate location scheduling, roles and shared data. Work through the exceptions first, then decide which software or integration is needed.

What determines the work and cost?

Treatments, team size and locations matter, as do existing content, photography and access to the booking provider. Selling hair products adds a separate online-store requirement with stock, delivery and returns. We document build, hosting, care and external subscriptions separately. You know which work and running costs apply to your salon.

Good to know.

Do I need to replace my current booking software?

No. If it works well, we build around it. We review a booking link, embedded module or available integration and explain which approach fits your salon.

Can clients choose their regular stylist?

That can be part of the booking flow. The options depend on the schedule, staff availability and the treatments each stylist provides.

Can we sell hair products too?

Yes, we can add an online store. We discuss variants, inventory, salon collection, shipping and returns as a separate part of the scope.

Do you help with local visibility?

We provide clear treatment pages, contact details, opening hours and a technical SEO foundation. We cannot guarantee a Google position or a particular number of appointments.
