The market is full of bloated invoicing tools. BillingFlow wanted something sharper: a correct VAT invoice in 3 clicks, automated reminders and Stripe payment, without the user needing to know VAT rules. And it had to go live fast, within one quarter.
Solution
Built around the real process.
Vorlyo built the full application: a custom PDF engine with company branding, VAT logic for NL + EU reverse-charge, Stripe integration for direct payment, automated reminders and a dashboard for client management, subscriptions and revenue insight. Hosted on edge infrastructure for low latency worldwide.
